Very nice place to stay right in the city center

The personeel was very nice and helpful. The ameneties are just what you need. All the check in and room service was went very smooth.

There was a party right next to the lobby when I came in, didnt exactly feel cozy when entering.

Good hotel

A very nice hotel with great amenities. It is super clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The hotel has everything you need, so if you don't want to venture out, you don't have to. Seems to be a safe location.

Be prepared that everything costs a lot here. The drinks, the food. I'm pretty sure they lied about not having pizza, because it was the cheapest thing on the menu. If I hadn't been solo, I may have found food elsewhere. I was slightly concerned being in the city.

Loved it

Absolutely loved this property all staff were very helpful.Food was great, nice and modern. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool area is a bit smaller since it is a rooftop pool so get there early. Kids were splashing and jumping in.

The hotel room was spacious clean and welcoming. The pool, restaurants, and gym were as advertised and had a great vibe and equipment. The staff were great and Ian the manager was fantastic at making me feel at home and very helpful in all travel logistics.

Fun in the City -Guate!

Lobby is beautiful, welcome drinks, location, nice rooms, shower had great water pressure, cozy bed.

Wish the roof had a larger lounge space

Great hotel on equally great location

Seemed like a fairly new hotel. Rooms were decorated in a modern way. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast has a good spread of options, both Guatemalan and continental. For a short stay in Guatemala City would defintely recommend.

Nothing specific. In my room some (white) noise from A/C system (room next to staircase). Not too bothersome for me, could be for light sleepers.

The staff made it.

Everything was as expected, the room was well thought out. Like the light that came on automatically to help find the bathroom at night. A friend was trying to find the lobby and one of the staff went to find him. Impressive.

Great hotel, wonderful location, fabulous staff!

Comfortable, spacious rooms. Very quiet. Staff was excellent and accommodating (especially Deniss in the rooftop bar).

It was somewhat confusing initially to figure out parking and how to enter the hotel itself.

i had an excellent stay and will definately stay again in Hyatt Centric, Guatemala.

the breakfast was excellent not to forget the staff was exceptional special thanks to Roacel the restaurant manager! The front desk staff all were very friendly and helpful.

A gem of a hotel, facilities and service.

Fantastic room, facilities, location, food. We stopped overnight between vacation legs and it was the perfect decompression zone. The room was large and very well-styled. The swimming pool and decking area is beautiful, with outstanding views of the volcanoes across the country. Well laid out, plenty of sunbathing and shaded space and extremely well-maintained. We enjoyed several hours up there and only saw one other. Location linked to a mall with everything you could need at your doorstep. Excellent customer service and super-friendly staff. Can arrange anything for you including airport shuttle and shuttle to restaurants.

Everything was faultless.
